Diese Führungsposition ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit für jemanden, der sich gerne mit technologischen und kommerziellen Aspekten befasst und über starke strategische Fähigkeiten verfügt, ohne dabei praktische Aufgaben zu vernachlässigen. Die Position umfasst die Leitung von 3 direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitern und 20 bis 25 Angestellten und wird in unseren Büros in Olten oder Lausanne (Schweiz) angesiedelt sein.

**Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung von Alpiq Schweizer Portfolio von Energieanlagen, -lösungen und -produkten, das ausgewählte Technologien für erneuerbare Energien, Wasserstoff und andere flexible Technologien sowie Kundenlösungen für den Energiewandel umfasst
- Verwaltung und Erweiterung der Palette von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, die Alpiq ihren Kunden anbietet und Entwicklung der Geschäftsaktivitäten in der Schweiz über die Kundensegmente von Alpiq
- Entwicklung des Vertriebsnetzes von Alpiq in der Schweiz und Gewährleistung des Key-Account-Managements
- Entwicklung der Organisation der Geschäftseinheit in Übereinstimmung mit der Unternehmensstrategie, Sicherstellung eines professionellen Wissensmanagements, Entwicklung der Führungskräfte, Förderung der Vielfalt und Gewährleistung der Nachfolgeplanung
- Management und Optimierung des aktuellen Portfolios von Alpiq im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energiequellen, insbesondere ihres alpinen Photovoltaik-Portfolios, der Produktion von grünem Wasserstoff und dessen Logistik Sowie zukünftig von neuen Technologien, welche die Flexibilität und Resilienz des elektrischen Systems erhöhen
- Leitung und Entwicklung des Asset Portfolios und der Projekte im Verantwortungsbereich, Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den relevanten Wertschöpfungsketten innerhalb von Alpiq und mit den Support-Funktionen
- Gewährleistung der Betriebssicherheit und der globalen Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards (Menschen, IT, OT), der Compliance und der regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Organisation des Stakeholder-Managements von Alpiq für die betreffenden Aktivitäten. Repräsentation der Alpiq und ihre Interessen in den entsprechenden schweizerischen und europäischen Industrieverbänden und -organisationen
- Verwaltung der Beteiligungen von Alpiq, Vertretung von Alpiq in den Verwaltungsräten der Tochtergesellschaften und Beaufsichtigung der Aktivitäten, der Organisation und der Projekte der Tochtergesellschaften

**Profil**:

- Hauptfachausbildung in einem kaufmännischen/wirtschaftlichen Bereich auf Universitätsniveau mit allgemeinen technischen Kenntnissen (oder umgekehrt)
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse (z.B. Executive MBA), Kenntnis von Fusions
- und Übernahmeprozessen, Business Pläne, Finanzierungs
- und Strukturierungsaktivitäten
- Nachgewiesene Leadership-Kompetenzen in der Organisations
- und Personalentwicklung und im Management von Organisationen mit mehreren hierarchischen Ebenen
- Kenntnisse von Originationsgeschäften, deren Strukturierung und Kommerzialisierung,
- Erfahrung in der Energievermarktung von Kraftwerken
- Profunde Kenntnis der Schweizer Energieindustrie, der regulatorischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und der Energietechnologien
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management
- Verhandlungsgeschick und -erfahrung
- Französisch als erste Sprache, Deutsch als zweite Sprache oder umgekehrt
- Beherrschung der englischen Sprache, Fähigkeit ohne Notizen zu sprechen, Dokumente und Verträge zu verfassen
- Verständnis des Schweizer Rechts und der besten Praktiken der Corporate Governance, sowie der Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten des Verwaltungsrates
- Kenntnis der Strategieentwicklung und der strategischen Prozesse
- Etabliertes Netzwerk in der Schweiz
