Position: Sales Support Specialist at Heinz Hänggi Swiss Stamping Solutions GmbH

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer support and visits as part of the sales support team
  • Handling all customer inquiries and internal coordination
  • Supporting sales activities including processing new part requests, calculations, and technical customer discussions
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings or presence at trade shows
  • Creating and reviewing new and follow-up calculations
  • Identifying commercial and technical deviations, initiating corresponding actions (KVP, product and process optimizations, cost reductions, price negotiations)
  • Coordinating change requests in collaboration with relevant departments
  • End of life/replacement part management, evaluating phase-out of existing products and processing replacement part requests
  • Technical clarifications with departments or preparation of price negotiations
  • Supporting project management, handling small projects such as prototypes, special orders

Your Profile:

  • Completed education, relevant further education at a university of applied sciences or similar
  • Business management training is advantageous
  • Experience in product management/sales or similar expertise
  • Proficient use of digital tools such as ERP, software tools, MS-Office (especially Excel)
  • Enjoy customer interaction and work in a networked manner
  • Fluent communication in German and English
  • Proactive personality who enjoys working in a hands-on environment
