**Process Engineering Supervisor II - V&D- Medical Device Processes (w/f/d) 100%**:
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Responsible for leading a team of experts in process validation and NC/CAPA/Obs, providing engineering support to the workcell and contributing towards key business drivers such as HSE, Quality, Supply and Cost
- Talent development of team members through coaching, training, and personalized developments plans
- Provision of clearly defined responsibilities and objectives to team members
- Tracking the team members activity by using Celoxis project management tool
- Definition and execution of individual performance improvement and development plans for team members in-line with the Plant strategic imperatives and objectives
- Provision of effective performance reviews in a timely manner
- Identification of training needs of staff and opportunities for development to maximize their potential
- Supporting attainment of key business metrics through the provision of engineering support for value stream processes
- Developing stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach
- Leading a structured approach to scrap reduction within the value streams through data, capture, analysis and problem-solving meeting commitments made in the Business Plan
- Providing process input into the value stream mapping process which is used to develop the business plan for the value stream
- Providing updates to management on a weekly and monthly basis in relation to financial performance in the areas of scrap and consumables
- Supporting day to day operations
- Project Management - providing timely and accurate reporting on project activities ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timelines
- Providing support to the team in Root Cause Analysis of supply and quality issues as they arise through tools such as 8D and Six Sigma
- Ensuring timely closure of quality actions such as Training, Audit Actions, NCR’s, CAPA’s across the team
- Ensuring all process development and validation activities within the team are managed in accordance with the Quality management system
- Providing direction and support for the development of validation strategies
- Work with Process Engineering Manager to develop and implement strategic engineering Goals & Objectives.
- Support the implementation of all engineering and plant strategic initiatives

**Your background**:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
- 5 or more years relevant experience and proven leadership skills
- Experience in regulated industry, FDA, ISO, etc
- Process validation experience for regulated industries required
- Previous experience managing Non conformance and corrective and preventive actions investigations
- Business fluency in English and German
- Experience in quality engineering is a plus

Education Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, with 5+ years relevant experience.
- Business fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of German
**Experience**:
- Experience in regulated industry, FDA, ISO, etc.
- Certification in Six Sigma
- Previous people management experience preferred
- Process validation experience for regulated industries required
- Previous experience managing Non conformance and corrective and preventive actions investigations required
