Deputy Head of Competence Center Liquid-Insulated Distribution Transformers - Senior R&D Engineer (Transformers)

Als Deputy Head of Competence CenterLiquid-Insulated Distribution Transformers - Senior R&D Engineer (Transformers) nutzen Sie Ihre Expertise in der elektrischen, elektromagnetischen und mechanischen Konstruktion, um die Zuverlässigkeit und Effizienz unserer Produkte zu gewährleisten. Beginnend als stellvertretender Leiter unseres Kompetenzzentrums sind Sie verantwortlich für die Produktlinie über mehrere Werke hinweg.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Entwurf und Entwicklung von Verteiltransformatoren mit Schwerpunkt auf elektrischen, elektromagnetischen und mechanischen Aspekten zur Einhaltung von Kosten-, Effizienz-, Leistungs- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Erstellung detaillierter technischer Dokumentationen, Berichte und Zeichnungen für Transformatorendesigns, Spezifikationen und Testverfahren
  • Kontinuierliche Bewertung und Verbesserung der Transformatorendesigns zur Reduzierung von Kosten und Energieverlusten
  • Durchführung tiefgehender elektrischer und elektromagnetischer Analysen, einschließlich Lastfluss-, Kurzschluss- und Transientenstudien
  • Implementierung und Wartung von Qualitätskontrollverfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsmanagement
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Test- und Validierungsteams zur Sicherstellung der Leistung und Sicherheit von Prototypen und Produktionseinheiten
  • Teilnahme an der strategischen Produktentwicklung
  • Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Verbesserung bestehender Produktlinien
  • Leitung von F&E-Projekten und komplexen Angeboten und Ausschreibungen
  • Ständige Verbesserung der bestehenden Design- und Berechnungstools
  • Anpassung der Transformatorberechnungssoftware an neue Anforderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit in einer multinationalen Matrixorganisation und Entwicklung und Schulung lokaler technischer Teams
  • Arbeit in Normungsgremien wie IEC oder IEEE
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eines verwandten Bereichs, vorzugsweise mit Master-Abschluss
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Design von Verteiltransformatoren, idealerweise auch von Leistungstransformatoren
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in elektrischen, elektromagnetischen und mechanischen Designprinzipien
  • Beherrschung von Software-Tools wie Solidworks, Microsoft Office und MathCAD
  • Grundkenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung, z.B. C#, Visual Studio, MS SQL und Python
  • Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenzen und Erfahrung in Produktmanagement sowie F&E-Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Technologiemanagement und Innovationsmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Verbesserung von Ingenieursprozessen und Design-Standardisierung
  • Gutes Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Deutsch und Polnisch (von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich)
