Job Opportunity: To expand our presence in the DACH region, we are seeking a Client Partner for the French-speaking part of Switzerland, with occasional support in France.

Position: Client Partner (f/m/x) - Leadership Advisory, Direct Sales

Location: Switzerland/Home Office

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent account management services to key strategic accounts
  • Proactively identify and convert training needs into business opportunities
  • Negotiate key business development opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and present confidently to senior HR and business leaders
  • Identify new lead opportunities and prospects
  • Demonstrate the benefits of our solutions to clients

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of successful HR training experience or B2B sales experience
  • Ability to understand business contexts and offer tailored solutions
  • Proven track record in client management, lead generation, and overseeing the sales process
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company effectively
  • Fluency in French and English
