Your Role in Brief
Ready for an exciting adventure in Incident Management? You are the undisputed expert in the field - from identification to documentation to resolution and escalation. No issue remains unsolved as long as you are in the game. Your mission: independently troubleshoot tricky incidents in 1st Level Support. Nothing can stop you when it comes to troubleshooting and saving the day.

- With your proactive communication style, you ensure that everyone is informed and free of worries. Whether it's system users or internal stakeholders: everyone is in the know when it comes to disruptions or operational updates
- Creating and maintaining user accounts and granting requested access permissions is enjoyable for you
- You are the tireless guardian of incident cases. With sharp eyes and a quality consciousness, you independently monitor pending incidents and conduct quality controls. You don't let anything slip through and ensure top performance
- Documenting solutions in the knowledge database is your personal expertise - no page goes unwritten by you
What You Bring
- You have completed your apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a comparable further education in IT
- It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of Microsoft certifications
- Strong German and good English skills are mandatory, and knowledge of French would be beneficial
- You have good knowledge of Windows clients and Microsoft 365
- Your customer orientation is highly developed, and ideally, you have experience in ICT support / customer support
- You are an enthusiastic, interested, communicative, and loyal team player
- Your strength lies in finding the needle in a haystack

Introductory Meeting
We will introduce ourselves to each other in an online interview and learn more about each other. We are curious about you but also value that you can ask your questions.
On-Site Meeting
In the second interview, we would like to meet you in person and therefore invite you to the Aveniq premises. HR and your future supervisor will be present. For leadership positions, you will also be invited to an assessment.
Contract
Now it's time to get down to business: you will receive the employment contract, and we will discuss the next steps together to ensure everything is ready for your first day at work.
