Im Bereich Services erbringen wir Leistungen im Gebiet Services und Sales für alle Bezahlmedien von Tamedia. Damit stiften wir einen relevanten und wertvollen Beitrag zur Zufriedenheit unserer Leserschaft. Unsere Kernaufgabe verstehen wir darin, Kundschaft zu gewinnen und zu binden.
Gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleginnen und -kollegen kümmerst du dich um Aufträge und Rückmeldungen unserer Leserschaft. Du beantwortest Fragen zu unseren Produkten und sorgst für zufriedene Kundinnen und Kunden.
Zudem bringst du innerhalb des Teams neue Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Prozesse weiterentwickeln können.
