Your Role:

  • Support and develop the packaging and excipient categories globally, with a focus on primary and secondary packaging materials and excipients
  • Analyze new procurement markets and develop strategies to ensure product availability
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks, manage supplier relationships, and lead productivity improvement projects
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare procurement reports, and more

Your Profile:

  • BA in business, economics, or engineering required (MA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, ideally in an international matrix organization
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness, goal-oriented mindset, and good communication skills
  • Ability to work in English, German proficiency is a plus
