Securities Specialist

Your Role:

• Processing Private Placement Hedge Fund Transfers on behalf of institutional and private clients
• Build and maintain internal / external stakeholder relationships
• Act as subject matter expert in Private Placement Hedge Fund Settlements
• Liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of client's assets
• Identify control deficiencies and mitigate P&L and reputational risk
• Contribute to the development of new technological enhancements to improve processes and workflow

Your Team:
You will be part of an open-minded, multicultural, and multilanguage team. The team is organizationally part of WM Operations Switzerland Securities Settlement Non-Order Room and consolidates the end-to-end process of asset transfers for the booking center CH. The position offers you insights into the entire value chain within the securities lifecycle, market, and infrastructure.

You will have the flexibility to balance and achieve your professional and personal goals with trusted working hours. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team with years of experience within an integrated business model.

Your Expertise:

• Commercial education/diploma or comparable education. Higher graduation is an advantage
• Professional experience in Fund Administration, Fund Settlement, or Banking Operations

Language Skills:
Fluent English, German is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Proactive, adaptable, with a solution-oriented way of thinking, eager to learn, able to self-develop, keen to deliver the highest level of quality services
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, a strong team player
• Responsible and conscious of risks. Attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative
• Independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask
