Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:

  • Lead Electronics and Industrial Finishing metallization product segment with high profitability and growth potential in 5-7 years.
  • Lead a team of product marketing and Business development leaders to develop marketing strategy, set product line growth targets, create new product development roadmaps and plans; develop business cases for investment (CapEx, M&A) to support product line growth, maintain and update competitive database.
  • Responsible for analyzing business financial results to understand trends, drivers and develop action plans with crossfunctional teams to meet near and longterm business goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in science, marketing, or a related field of study.
  • Significant experience in a marketing and/or sales and product development role
  • 10+Experience in metallization, plating, PCB, or Electronic industries
  • Experience in technology (R&D or Applications) would be a plus
  • Experience managing a team across multiple locations/regions
  • Ability to lead and facilitate crossfunctional teams through influence
  • Excellent communication and the ability to understand and communicate business and technical information
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fastpaced environment that is continually changing
  • Strong analytical approach and problemsolving skills, business acumen
  • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
  • Fluency in English required.
