The company provides SIGN.PLUS (a legally binding electronic signature) and FAX.PLUS (online faxing) services to over 3,000,000 customers worldwide.


At Alohi, we began our journey with an initial seed investment from Fongit "Fondation Genevoise pour l'Innovation Technologique" which is backed by the state of Geneva.

But instead of relying on external funding to fuel our growth, we've chosen to bootstrap our way to success.

This approach has allowed us to prioritize our customers and build products that truly meet their needs, without being beholden to outside investors.

By remaining financially independent, we've been able to maintain our autonomy and agility, which have been key factors in our ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.


Responsibilities
***:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive and datadriven growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Analyze key business metrics and customer data to inform decisionmaking and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Product, Sales and Support teams to optimize productmarket fit and lead conversion strategies.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and drive growth.
  • Monitor and forecast market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Develop and manage the growth team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align our business goals with the market opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of growth hacking techniques within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
  • Experience building, leading, and managing a team.
  • Proven experience in a growthfocused role, in the SaaS industry.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics, A/B testing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong and proven experience with SEO and ASO.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and a strong understanding of datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work within or manage a team or even work independently as needed.
  • Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking).
