- **Teamlead**
**Brand Management (m/w/d) Corny**.
Gestalte die Zukunft von Corny und erwecke unsere Marke für unsere Konsument*innen zum Leben.**Das erwartet dich**:

- Motivation, Inspiration und Weiterentwicklung eines 5-köpfigen Teams
- Definition und Umsetzung einer konsumenten-zentrierten Brand-Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Brand Director
- Verantwortung für Projekte von der Ideen, zum Konzept, bis zur Umsetzung
- Übersetzung von Consumer Insights in einen starken Marketing-Mix
- Cross-funktionale Konzept-Entwicklung für neue Produkte zur Sicherstellung unserer Innovations-Pipeline
- Aktives Portfolio-Management als Basis-Aktivität für das Wachstum unserer erfolgreichen Brand

**Das macht dich aus**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen im Brand
- oder Product-Management in einem FMCG Unternehmen
- Zielstrebige, begeisterungsfähige und inspirierende Persönlichkeit
- "Macher"-Mentalität
- Datenbasierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
