Représentant(e) commercial (e) / service extérieur (h/f) 20 % - max. 40 %

VOS MISSIONS:

- Développement et entretien des relations clients avec nos partenaires commerciaux B2B

(salons de coiffure/stylistes) dans le domaine des extensions
- Acquisition de nouveaux clients & extension de la zone de vente par canton
- Vente active de l'ensemble du portefeuille de produits dans la zone de vente attribuée selon les

spécifications & les objectifs fixés
- Présentation & explication de nos produits & nouveautés
- Interlocuteur/-trice pour nos clients
- Établissement en autonomie du planning des tournées, préparation et organisation des visites

(analyse des ventes, etc.)
- Aide à la planification, l'organisation & la mise en œuvre des mesures de PLV chez nos clients B2B

(contrats de partenariat, etc.)
- Réception & transmission des plaintes/réclamations
- Réalisation d'une veille du marché & de la concurrence
- Étroite collaboration avec toute l'équipe (service commercial/management, marketing & formation)
- Établissement de rapports internes à l'attention de la hiérarchie
- Participation à des réunions, des formations & des évènements clients

VOS EXPERTS POUR UNE PERRUQUE PROFESSIONNELLE
- VOTRE HISTOIRE PERSONNELLE:
- Formation professionnelle, formation commerciale en apprentissage ou équivalent achevées avec succès
- une formation supérieure complémentaire en tant que spécialiste des ventes serait un plus- Solides compétences organisationnelles et sens des responsabilités
- Responsabilité personnelle avérée auprès d'une large clientèle, de préférence dansl'industrie cosmétique ou le

secteur des produits de grande consommation- Assure systématiquement la mise en avant de nos produits ou de nos marques auprès de nos clients en fournissant

des données et des recommandations- Capable d'établir et d'entretenir efficacement des relations, avoir la sensibilité nécessaire à un marché émotionnel
- Motivé pour interagir en permanence avec les partenaires internes et externes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Goût pour les voyages
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, l'expression & la représentation
- NOUS RECHERCHONS:
- Une personne engagée dans la vente
- Plusieurs années d'expérience sur le terrain de la vente de biens de consommation
- Une volonté de performances et une forte motivation personnelle
- Une méthode de travail indépendante, fiable et efficace
- Une personnalité capable de travailler en équipe et de garder une vue d'ensemble, même en période

d'effervescence- Français & allemand courant, des connaissances en anglais seraient un plus
- Une bonne maîtrise de MS-Office (la connaissance d'Excel est indispensable)
- Des affinités avec les médias sociaux et les outils en ligne (utilisation de tablettes et d'appareils numériques)
- Véhicule indispensable (versement d'indemnités kilométriques)
