Tasks

You will be responsible for standardizing business processes in Real Estate Management. Additionally, you will handle smaller projects, act as an interface to stakeholders, and contribute to the creation of management reports.

  • Analyses and processing of data related to real estate
  • Participate in the ongoing standardization of real estate management by developing templates and proposals in areas such as quality assurance, data management, contract management, and service provider control
  • Care, maintenance, and further development of existing internal systems
  • Collaboration on group-internal Real Estate Reports
  • Cost center management: structuring and cleaning up cost centers to ensure efficient resource use.
  • Management of internal contract filing systems
  • Participation in internal projects: active involvement from planning to implementation
  • Preparation of reports, presentations, and submissions
  • Interface with internal/external stakeholders
  • Undertake smaller day-to-day tasks such as inquiries, research, documentation, and correspondence

Requirements
  • Workload Specification: For this position, an 100% workload is preferred.
  • HF diploma, Bachelor's, Master's students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters) in Facility Management, Real Estate, Architecture, or a comparable field of study.
  • Strong interest in real estate and facility management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Enjoys socializing
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Very good German language skills; additional language skills such as English or French are advantageous.
