Teamleader Customer Service & Trainings 100 % (all genders)

**Ihr Beitrag**:

- Fachliche und personelle Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams sowie der Organisation
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internationalen Distributoren-Netzwerk
- Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Trainings Angebots für unser Service Netzwerk
- Starker Fokus auf der Digitalisierung der Trainingsmodule
- Erstellen von Reports und Auswertungen
- Stammdatenpflege von Ersatzteilartikeln
- Sicherstellen eines hohen Liefergrads innerhalb der Auftragsabwicklung Service
- Gezielt proaktive Verkaufsmassnahmen (Stichwort Retrofit und Upgrades) anstossen und einen wesentlichen Teil zum Wachstum unserer Serviceorganisation beitragen

**Requirements**:
**Ihre Fähigkeiten und Talente**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
- Kenntnisse in der Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Didaktik und/oder Schulungen
- Sie denken lösungsorientiert, sind kommunikativ, initiativ sowie durchsetzungsstark
- Sie werden als Teamplayer mit guten Umgangsformen und hoher Sozialkompetenzen geschätzt
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
