Your Tasks
  • Collaborate closely with market, product, and R&D stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative minimum viable test prototypes
  • Develop test prototypes by leveraging existing products and technologies
  • Conduct in-house and customer site measurements to validate market assumptions
  • Maintain records of prototypes, tests, and results
  • Present results and findings to internal stakeholders and attend scientific conferences
Your Skills
  • Proven ability in fast and lean prototyping of systems, including building blocks such as electronics, mechanics, firmware, software, and calibration algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with X-ray computed tomography and/or reconstruction algorithms
  • Proactive, hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Sound programming skills in Python or a similar language
  • Background in battery research or industrial inspection (e.g., Gigafactory) in the start-up space is preferred
  • Master's Degree or higher in engineering or natural sciences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Then join our newly formed "New Market Innovations Team" and lead groundbreaking ideas to become the next big success story at DECTRIS. You will collaborate closely with Market Development, as well as Core Market, Product, and R&D stakeholders to prove value creation assumptions by building and testing minimum viable systems.
