**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
- Diriger et coordonner l'ensemble des activités opérationnelles liées à la logistique sur un site de production
- Participer activement aux séances de management et à la réflexion stratégique du développement du site de production
- Développer des liens étroits avec nos fournisseurs, nos clients et nos responsables de production
- Collaborer étroitement avec la Logistique Centrale et proposer des améliorations selon les problématiques locales rencontrées
- Optimiser et superviser les flux de production depuis la réception des commandes jusqu'à la livraison finale aux clients tout en optimisant les processus logistiques des composants usinés
- Assurer les livraisons des commandes client dans les délais et quantités demandés
- Gérer une équipe composée de planificateurs, ordonnanceurs, approvisionneurs et employés de stocks & expedition
- Assurer la définition des objectifs annuels du département, le développement et l'évaluation de vos collaborateurs
- Contrôler la cohérence entre les données informatiques et les flux physiques
- Soutenir tout projet affectant les systèmes de planification et de stratégie
- Élaborer les documents de reporting
- Définition et surveillance des indicateurs en lien avec la logistique
- Analyser les résultats et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs
- Perdurer la rentabilité grâce à l'amélioration des processus
- Définir les besoins en ressources et établir le budget annuel du département logistique
**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
- Vous disposez de compétences terrain reconnues pour travailler étroitement avec les équipes de production et démontrez un intérêt particulier pour le monde industriel de produits à très forts volumes
- Vous pouvez justifier d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste de responsable
- Autonome, vous avez le sens de l'initiative et êtes force de propositions
- Votre aisance relationnelle complétée par votre capacité d'analyse et d'anticipation vous permet de mettre en œuvre les mesures afin d'atteindre les objectifs attendus
- Au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure EPF, ETS et/ou un Master en logistique/Supply Chain
- Maîtrise des techniques de gestion de production et de Supply Chain
- A l'aise avec les outils ERP, particulièrement SAP (module de planification)
- Français, une 2e langue (notamment allemand) serait un réel atout
