High Jewelry Watches Product Development Manager

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Manager Projet Développement Produit Montres Joaillères passionné(e) par l'univers des montres et bijoux pour superviser la création de nouvelles pièces. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) aura pour responsabilité d'organiser les différentes étapes du processus de développement, de la conception à la commercialisation.

Missions
  • Planifier et suivre les projets de développement produit en assurant leur conformité avec le cahier des charges initial.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes design pour transformer leurs idées créatives en produits réalisables.
  • Coordonner avec les équipes marketing pour aligner les objectifs de développement avec les stratégies commerciales.
  • Gérer la communication entre tous les intervenants impliqués (fournisseurs, fabricants, designers, marketeurs).
  • S'assurer du respect de tous les aspects du projet (qualité, coût, délai).
  • Détecter rapidement toute anomalie par rapport au plan initial et proposer des actions correctives adaptées.
  • Superviser et encadrer une équipe composée de deux Chefs de Projet Développement & un Gemmologue.
Profil

Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure dans un domaine pertinent tel que la gestion industrielle, l'ingénierie mécanique ou équivalent, une spécialisation en joaillerie est un plus. Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit, la connaissance de l'anglais ou de l'italien est également appréciée.

Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets de développement au sein d'une Maison de Haute Joaillerie, connaissance en horlogerie est un avantage. Compréhension approfondie du processus de fabrication et des techniques utilisées dans la haute joaillerie et les bijoux haut-de-gamme, expérience en supervision d'atelier est un plus.

Qualités requises : excellentes compétences organisationnelles, gestion du temps et priorisation efficace. Leadership naturel pour diriger une équipe hétérogène vers un objectif commun. Capacité à synthétiser des informations complexes et à résoudre des problématiques avec efficacité. Dynamisme, rigueur, proactivité et curiosité technique sont des atouts indispensables.
