Our Opening and Your Responsibilities For our "Automated Precision Weighing" product group within the industrial division in our operational headquarter in Nänikon, we are looking for a Global Product Manager - Automated Precision Weighing 80-100% (all genders).
In this role, your responsibilities include:
  • You take charge of high-tech weight sensors used by machine builders for the pharma, electronics, semiconductor and other industries
  • Full product life-cycle management ranging from understanding the respective market segment needs, writing MRDs and driving new product development projects all the way to supporting sales organization and customers in close collaboration with global R&D teams
  • You manage internal stakeholders in our matrix organization and collaborate closely with international teams in Switzerland and beyond to develop and grow our product group
  • You build up market and segment expertise (conduct customer visits, collaborate with sales teams, monitor market trends)
  • You monitor your portfolio and keep up to date with the competitors offering
  • You co-determine the connectivity and communicate protocol strategy for our new product offerings
What You Need to Succeed The following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • You have a degree in engineering with additional education or interest in business administration and marketing
  • You possess previous work experience in product management or in a similar role, ideally in an international B2B environment
  • You are highly interested in and able to quickly comprehend technical context in mechanical, electronical and software related topics, SAP-knowledge is an advantage
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and German, other languages are a benefit
  • You are a communicative person with a strong business mindset as well as an entrepreneurial attitude and experience in stakeholder management
  • You are willing to travel globally according to business needs (up to 20%)
