**Nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e assistant/e maître d'hôtel pour rejoindre nos équipes au sein de notre établissement à Gstaad pour la saison d'hiver de décembre 2023 à mars 2024.**

Travailler en étroite collaboration sur l'ensemble des dossiers avec la HR Business Partner basée à Genève
- Gérer les dossiers des collaborateurs (entrées, mutations, sorties)
- Faire le suivi des permis de travail et des allocations familiales
- S'assurer de l'affiliation des collaborateurs auprès des différentes assurances sociales (Hotela, Baloise)
- Gérer les divers dossiers en assurance de personnes (maladie, accident)
- Gérer les demandes des employés et des appels téléphoniques
- Gérer les logements du personnel et en assurer le bon suivi
- Contrôler les plannings et les fiches d'heures du personnel, mise en pratique de la CCNT
- Aider dans la donnée des saisies salariales
- Publier les annonces et faire le suivi des postes sur nos différentes plateformes de recrutement
- Participer au recrutement
- S'assurer du bon respect des règles relatives au règlement intérieur
- Participer activement à développer l'esprit d'Ultima Collection (Cohésion d'équipe, réputation de l'établissement, développement de notre plateforme d'onboarding )

**Profil**:

- Formation en Ressources Humaines / Ecole Hôtelière Reconnue
- Certificat RH un plus
- Expérience confirmée de minimum 1 an au sein d'un département des Ressources Humaines **en Suisse**
- Connaissance du système Mirus et de la CCNT Hôtellerie-Restauration
- Parfaite maîtrise des langues : Français, Anglais, Allemand un plus
- Excellent relationnel et bonne communication (écrite et orale)
- Organisé(e) et structuré (e)
- Rigoureux (se)
- Autonome
- Flexible
- Discret(e)
