**Ihre Aufgaben als Area Coordinator (Einsatzleiter)**:

- sind Sie der Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und unsere Reinigungsmitarbeiter
- Organisation und Kontrolle der Arbeitseinsätze von Reinigungspersonal
- Objektbetreuung
- Überprüfung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe auf den Objekten
- Durchführen von Qualitätschecks
- Selbständige Rekrutierung neuer Arbeitskräfte
- Personalmeldungen, Rapporte, Materialbewirtschaftung

**Als Runner**:

- Zuständig für die Materialbereitstellung und Lieferung auf die Objekte
- Ausführung von produktiven Arbeiten (Reinigung von Schaufenstern etc.)
- Aushelfen auf Objekten bei unvorhergesehenen Abwesenheiten

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Weiterbildung in der Gebäudereinigung oder ähnliche Berufserfahrung
- Führungserfahrung sowie sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten
- Motiviert, einsatzfreudig, selbständiges Arbeiten gewohnt
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Sozialkompetenz und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerausweis Kategorie B
- MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel)
