CARBAGAS AG, a part of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gases and sophisticated gas applications for industrial and medical purposes.

We are currently looking for temporary support for the SAP team in Gümligen.

SAP Support Coordinator

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining technical information in SAP PM and equipment documents in existing files IXOS, including quality control, and filing of original documents
  • Creating maintenance plans, verifying and correcting them in SAP based on project leader and Maintenance Planning instructions, providing support for SAP-PM queries from service technicians and Maintenance Planning, conducting data cleaning activities in SAP PM
  • Managing equipment information in SAP in collaboration with Asset Management and Maintenance Planning, documenting and updating information in SAP PM, assisting project assistants in setting up technical locations, serving as a point of contact for SAP queries in the Field Service Management area
  • Providing and managing equipment operating manuals / filling instructions / P&ID schematics / CAD support
  • Performing administrative tasks for the EIM Field Service Management department
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Prior work experience in SAP PM environment for administrative tasks
  • Experience in an industrial setting
  • Proficiency in Office applications (e.g., MS Office/Google)
  • Excellent command of German and English
