**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du nutzt deine Expertise um User Experiences zu gestalten, die den Kundenbedürfnissen und den Geschäftsanforderungen angepasst sind
- Du arbeitest in einem multidisziplinären Team eng mit Engineers, Produktmanagern und Geschäftspartnern zusammen und bist während des gesamten Designprozesses involviert
- Deine schnelle und qualitativ hochwertige Designarbeit zeichnet sich durch eine klare Kommunikation des Wertes deiner Arbeit aus
- Als datenorientierte Person bist du vertraut im Umgang mit KPIs und nutzt sie, um unseren Kunden ein optimales Erlebnis zu bieten
- Du strebst nach stetiger Verbesserung und gibst deswegen immer dein Bestes
- Du bist suchst aktiv nach konstruktivem Feedback
- Mit deiner aktiven Beteiligung an unserer Design-Community und unserem Design-System trägst du kontinuierlich zu deren Weiterentwicklung bei

**Deine Skills**:

- Du bringst mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Designer im Bereich UX/UI mit
- Du überzeugst mit deinem Portfolio aus digitalen Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Als Produktdesigner bist du in der Lage, selbständig zu arbeiten und verstehst, wie Nutzer mit digitalen Produkten und branchenüblichen Mustern umgehen
- Die bist geübt im Umgang mit visuellen Designs und hast ein Auge fürs Detail
- Dein Talent, schnell zu iterieren und mehrere Konzepte zu erstellen, ermöglicht es dir, einen effizienten Designprozess zu gestalten
- Du bist in der Lage deine Designprozesse in Worte zu fassen und zu kommunizieren
- Du möchtest dich stetig verbessern und fragst deshalb proaktiv nach Feedback
- Du bist versiert im Erstellen von Low
- und High-Fidelity-Prototypen
- Du gehst gekonnt mit Design-Tools wie Figma und weiteren um
- Du weißt, wie man qualitative und quantitative Forschungsmethoden in den Designprozess integriert, um bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Englisch und Deutsch
