Your mission

  • You implement the necessary means to continuously improve the organization and maintain our certifications.
  • You participate in reconceptualizing our quality system and implement the necessary measures.
  • You animate, monitor and develop services, means and quality processes.
  • You have good knowledge in the metrology sector and are able to supervise the department. You are able to replace your subordinate if necessary.
  • Customeroriented, you are the preferred customer contact during complaints and expedite the entire process.
  • Good communicator, you are also the privileged contact with internal collaborators and suppliers; You are involved in their selection and evaluation.
  • Health, safety and the environment in the workplace are prerogatives that are important to you. Their development is part of your mission.

Your profile

  • Holder of a CFC or an HES technician diploma in the technical or mechanical field.
  • You have 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar process in the mechanical industry (bar turning, grinding and assembly).
  • You specialize in quality control.
  • You master the usual quality tools (Six Sigma, APQP, PFMEA, RPS, Control Plan, etc)
  • You have a rigorous, systematic and curious mind, oriented improvement and you are full of dynamism.
  • You are able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Youare familiarwith MS Office automation and statistical control tools.
  • Good communicator, you have a solid foundation in French and you demonstrate very good writing skills. A good command of English level C is required and knowledge of German would be an asset.
