For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for PMO Audit Coordinator (M/F/d).
Background:
As SME of the Risk & Audit Framework, you will play a key role in the related contribution to achieve a higher maturity in the area of governance, risk management & internal controls by: strengthening & improving the ASPIRE audit coordination activities via implementing best practices
accommodating and benefiting from all audits via effective planning, collaboration with
auditors/partner functions and successful execution & finalisation of actions
implementation cycle integrated tracking and sharing of lessons learned within the organisation
As a SME you will actively promote and stimulate development and coaching of Audit SPOCs and
key contacts of ARTs, value streams and workstreams.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Contributes to overall planning, preparation and coordination of audit activities
- Ensures that all related internal and external audits are properly incorporated into the
- Coordinates all assigned audit activities and undertakes related SPOC's duties
- Organizes and coordinates all internal and external meetings (incl. meeting invites &
- Prepares templates, presentations and other reports
- Maintains audit repository based on inputs and guidance. Ensures all accesses to related
- Supports related teams during audit fieldwork as well as during pre and post audit
- Works closely with the Audit SPOCs and related key contacts of ARTs, value streams and
- Ensures audit observations & management actions for all assigned audits are documented
- Handles all followup actions as needed and prepare reports
- Responsible for raising issues and initiate actions as required
Must Haves:
- A solid higher education in a businessrelated field and a minimum of 3 years of related
- Solid skills and knowledge in the operational business and have an indepth understanding of business processes (preferred)
- Adequate expertise in the area of project management, coaching of individuals and teams
- Able to influence your customers and business partners during presentations and project
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and foster collaborative relationships with ability to
achieve goals and objectives
- Strong stakeholder management, change management skills, outstanding customer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably, German
