Additionally, Sazerac holds ownership of various popular brands covering a broad spectrum of spirits, including Fireball, Southern Comfort, Seagram's V.O., Myers's, Goldschläger, Parrot Bay, 99 Brand, and Platinum Vodka.

Global Commercial Finance Manager:

The Global Commercial Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing strategies for volume, market share, and profit growth. This position will be situated in our Lucerne, Switzerland office and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies and overall brand performance. The individual selected will spearhead the development and enhancement of tools for streamlined reporting and analysis across various global markets, facilitating avenues for cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive global sales growth and gross profit through FP&A support.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance product mix, optimize advertising spend, and execute pricing adjustments.
  • Participate in the development of annual and 5-year global plans.
  • Ensure adherence to annual revenue plans without exceeding budgets.
  • Achieve a minimum yearly GP improvement of $1MM through strategic activities.
  • Provide analytical insights in areas like volumetrics, pricing, and competitive analysis to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by delivering recommendations and evaluating outcomes.
  • Create processes and analytical frameworks to pursue revenue, volume, and profit enhancement opportunities.
  • Foster continuous learning and best practice integration for analytical decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate on Sales and Marketing planning to meet objectives and drive performance across all brands and markets.
  • Support the creation of key brand and sales presentations with a focus on revenue and profitability improvement.
  • Assess return on investments in various global markets.
  • Establish and maintain processes for analyzing data related to pricing structures.
  • Regularly review training and development initiatives biannually.
  • Ensure career growth aligns with personal goals and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with different departments to optimize global operational efficiency.
  • Use performance systems for self-improvement and enhanced results tracking.

Requirements Must:

  • Superior critical thinking, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Aptitude for driving outcomes in a dynamic, expanding environment.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in budgeting, planning, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be based at our Lucerne, Switzerland office.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in multiple languages like French, Spanish, or German.
  • Background in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent communication capabilities.
