Global Commercial Finance Manager:
The Global Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for identifying and executing volume, share, and profit growth opportunities.

The role will be based out of our Lucerne, Switzerland office and will work with sales and marketing across the value chain to deliver optimal pricing and brand health.

This person will lead development and refinement of tools to consolidate and analyze reporting across a diverse set of Global markets and facilitate savings opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce growth in global sales and related gross profit via FP& A support.
  • Identify and communicate specific opportunities to improve mix, optimize AMP spend and SG& A expense and execute on pricing changes.
  • Support development of Global annual and 5-year plans.
  • Ensure annual revenue plans are achieved with no overspends.
  • Produce a minimum GP improvement of $1 MM per year via these activities.
  • Apply rigor to Sales and Marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Provide analytical support in areas of volumetrics, pricing, competitive intelligence, financial analysis to Sales and Marketing managers.
  • Sell recommendations and evaluate/communicate results throughout the organization.
  • Develop processes and analytical infrastructure to identify, evaluate, and execute revenue, volume, and profit opportunities.
  • Look for opportunities to improve knowledge through self-development while also seeking to incorporate best practices and new perspectives on analytical decision making.
  • Support Sales and Marketing planning activities to ensure goals and accountability are achieved across all Brands and Markets.
  • Support the development of key Brand/Sales presentations and business reviews-with a focus on actions to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Manage and measure return on investment for significant investments in Global markets.
  • Create, develop and maintain processes for reviewing and analysing data based on price structure set up or changes.
  • Twice a year review your training and development activities and opportunities.
  • Ensure that your career growth is on track and in line with your goals and the company's needs.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive out cost in Global operating mode.
  • Utilize PDS system to identify opportunities for self-improvement.
  • Use PDS as a tool to drive improved performance.
  • Measure progress and track results and achievements.

Requirements Must:

  • Excellent critical thinking skills, initiative, attention to detail and creativity
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • 5 years relevant experience (minimum)
  • The position requires the individual to work out of our Lucerne, Switzerland office.

  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
