Your day as a PO

  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and can lead (sometimes multiple) projects
  • You oversee scrum-based projects in a self-organised company and apply a holistic perspective
  • You grasp the customer's business and requirements effectively
  • You are experienced in working with roadmaps and negotiating resources and timelines
  • You assist our clients' Product Owners by proposing enhancements and devising strategies collaboratively with the team
  • You are comfortable interacting with development teams and have knowledge of web development
  • You serve as a link between customers, partners, and your team
  • You explore new business prospects and nurture existing accounts

Your profile as a PO

  • You possess a minimum of 3 years of Product Owner or Project Manager experience
  • You appreciate independent, self-directed work
  • You enjoy resolving intricate problems pragmatically
  • You exhibit exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for actively listening to our clients and grasping their requirements
  • You are highly organized and proactive in all your endeavors
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • Proficiency in sales and business development is an added advantage
