About the team:


The eCRM team is responsible send the right message, at the right time to our consumers across different communication channels.

To be able to do this effectively data intern will play a meaningful role in supporting with data analysis and insights sharing as part of the CRM Data Stream.

Who we're looking for

  • Available from midJuly to February
  • Currently studying Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM, Content Creation and Digital Marketing concepts
  • Fluent in English. Other Swiss languages would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and PowerBI
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
  • An eye for detail ability to proof one's own work and catch errors
  • Has a desire to learn and grow
  • Highly organized, can multitask in highpressure situations
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Proactive, sense of initiative, selfmotivated

Roles & Objectives:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and goals for CRM communications to select the right audience for different CRM campaigns

Support the CRM team for consumer segmentation and setup on CRM systems

Support CRM team in crafting reports on marketing communications and extracting insights for our business stakeholders

Perform compliance and audits on the consumer database and detail the results, development processes, and methodologies for future reference

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft CRM reporting dashboards
