Du bringst Dich proaktiv ins Team ein, schnappst Dir Deine Projektaufgaben und legst selbständig los. Du begeisterst durch den Einsatz moderner Methoden wie Scrum oder Design Thinking und Deinem Fachwissen im Bereich Immobilien, Innovationen, Trends
- und Technologien.

Du bist es Dir gewohnt, in einem Umfeld von unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern deren Bedürfnisse gezielt zu erkennen und umsetzbare Lösungskonzepte zur erarbeiten. Mit Deiner kommunikativen Art überzeugst du sowohl intern als auch extern als Berater bei Kunden.

Ein anerkannter Hoch
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss sowie erste Berufserfahrungen, vorzugsweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft, runden Dein Profil ab.

**Fühlst Du Dich angesprochen? Dann erwarten Dich bei uns folgende Aufgaben**:

- Du bist intrinsisch motiviert dich bezüglich Innovationen, Trends und Technologien, welche die Immobilien der Zukunft prägen, auf dem laufenden zu halten
- Du arbeitest beim Verfassen von Expertisen, Studien, Konzepten und Analysen mit
- Du moderierst und/oder dokumentierst Workshops zur Modellierung von Betriebskonzepten, Organisationsmodellen, Digitalisierungskonzepten etc.
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen anhand der Geschäftsprozesse des Immobilienmanagements gemeinsam mit fachlichen und technischen Teams, unterstützt die Evaluation der passenden Apps und/oder Software und begleitest die Umsetzung und Einführung
- Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse u.a. im Bereich Smart Buildings, beschreibst Use Cases und spezifizierst Anforderungen
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein Project Office und wenn du es dir zutraust, für eine Projektleitung
- Du berätst unsere Kunden (bspw. renommierte Bauherren/Investoren) bei der integralen Planung, Projektierung, Integration, Visualisierung und Betrieb von intelligenten Gebäuden/Portfolios
