- Work with our lab teams to identify key data sources and develop a data strategy for leveraging that data to support our business objectives.
- Use data science techniques to analyze large data sets from our lab instruments, and identify patterns and insights that can inform decisionmaking.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to help us optimize our lab processes and improve our product quality.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.

Your qualifications:
- **Academic excellence**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, statistics, or engineering.

Industry knowledge: 5+ years of experience in data strategy and data science, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and lab instruments. Familiarity with common data science tools and platforms, such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau, cloud( Azure, google, Amazon ) Knowledge of data standards commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry for lab data, such as ASTM E1381-95, ASTM E1941-98, and ASTM E Familiarity with regulatory requirements for data management and reporting, such as 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.

Consulting experience: Several years of experience in consulting.

Conceptual talent:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.

Communication and presentation skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
