**Description**

Unsere lokale Produktgruppe Insulation & Components ist technischer Marktführer in der Auslegung und Herstellung von Transformatoren Durchführungen. Zu den Kunden zählen namhafte, internationale Unternehmen der Elektroindustrie, die sich mit Stromerzeugung, Stromübertragung und Stromverteilung befassen. Unsere Hochspannungs Durchführungen nehmen weltweit eine Spitzenposition ein.

Wir sind gerade im Aufbau des Sales and Operation Planning am Standort in Altstetten um die Produktion und die vorgelagerten Prozesse effizient und frühzeitig beplanen zu können. Zudem soll das positive Arbeitsumfeld sowie unsere Zuverlässigkeit weiter gefördert werden. Sie werden massgeblich bei der Umsetzung der neuen Planungsprozesse beteiligt sein und eng mit der Produktion und allen angrenzenden Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten.

**Aufgaben**:

- Als Produktion Planner kennen Sie sich mit den gängigen Planungsstrategien aus und können diese bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit effektiv umsetzen.
- Sie disponieren alle Fertigungsaufträge der Produktion nach kapazitiver und materieller Verfügbarkeit und sind für die termingerechte Auslieferung verantwortlich.
- Das Produktion Planning hat die Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen dem Verkauf, Engineering, Einkauf und Produktion. Sie können diese Aufgabe gut wahrnehmen und wissen wie Sie bei Verzögerungen vorgehen müssen und Sie den Kundentermin halten können.
- Sie haben die ganze Wertschöpfungskette stets im Blick, können frühzeitig terminliche Probleme erkennen und wissen wie darauf zu reagieren ist.
- Sie sind für die Koordination der terminlichen und kapazitativen Ressourcenplanung zusammen mit der Produktion verantwortlich.

**Anforderungen**:

- Sie bringen eine Technische Grundausbildung und mit Vorteil einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik PPS (Prozess-/Betriebsfachmann oder Techniker HF) mit.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung
- Wichtige Voraussetzung für diese interessante, vielseitige Aufgabe sind Ihr analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Belastbarkeit in einem abwechslungsreichen Tagesgeschäft.
- Sie sind ein zuverlässiger Macher-Typ mit einem hohen Mass an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit helfen Ihnen um die Drehscheibenfunktion sicher zu erfüllen.
- Ein versierter und sicherer Umgang mit SAP (Module PP, MM, SD und ggf. QM) und MS Office
- Anwendungen sind eine Grundvoraussetzung um Ihre Aufgaben wahrnehmen zu können.
- Kenntnisse vom SAP App-on DCP von der Firma G.I.B. wäre von sehr grossem Vorteil.
