Als Supply Chain Planner planst und disponierst du den zugeteilten Materialbereich eigenständig im SAP und stellst dabei die geforderte Materialverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung des gesetzten Lagerumschlagziels sicher. Zusätzlich pflegst du die notwendigen Stammdaten (wie Materialstamm, Stückliste, Arbeitsplan, Quotierungen) gemäss den verschiedenen Vorgaben (z.B. von Manufacturing Engineering und Controlling) und stellst die Planungsparameter im SAP zur bestmöglichen Unterstützung des Planungsprozesses ein.

Aufgaben
- Pflege der im SAP für die Planung notwendigen Stammdaten wie Materialstamm, Stückliste und Arbeitsplan für den zugeteilten Materialbereich
- Termin-, kosten
- und mengengerechte Planung und Steuerung des Materialflusses in den Fertigungsprozessen der zugeteilten Materialien im Werk Stäfa
- Mengen
- und termingerechte Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit für den Vertrieb und die Produktion unter Berücksichtigung der Lagerbestandsziele
- Umwandlung von Planaufträgen zu Fertigungsaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung der zur Verfügung stehenden Kapazität
- Abstimmung mit den Produktionsabteilungen hinsichtlich der geforderten und verfügbaren Kapazität
- Ansprechpartner für die Logistik, die Beschaffung und die weiteren internationalen Operation Centers der Sonova für den geplanten Materialbereich
- Mitarbeit in und Leitung von Optimierungsprojekten bzw. Kaizen

Profil
- Technische bzw. kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung sowie zusätzliche Erfahrung im Bereich Elektronik
- Tiefergehendes Verständnis hinsichtlich Produktionslogistik, insbesondere im Bereich Verbrauchsteuerung
- Erfahrung mit Tools aus dem Lean Management Werkzeugkasten (z.B. Kanban)
- Selbständige, zielorientierte und ausdauernde Persönlichkeit mit stark ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähige, kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Person mit guten interkulturellen Kompetenzen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Exzellente SAP R3 (MM/PP) Kenntnisse (SAP KEY USER Kenntnisse von Vorteil) sowie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere mit Excel
