To lead our Transformation team at the headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

TEAM LEAD TRANSFORMATION & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS (M/F/X — 100%)
This role will play a pivotal part in the future of IWC Schaffhausen.

The focus of this position is to run the global IWC transformation program, drive change, own strategy definition and translate targets into visionary innovations along the customer journey and based on customer insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run program management office of IWC wide strategic transformation across various workstreams
  • Drive strategy definition and preparation of board and executive level presentations related to transformation program
  • Report regular status updates and ensure buy in across organization through globally aligned communication strategy
  • Derive relevant innovation in line with strategic targets, set up initiatives until operational and prepare handover to the organization
  • Orchestrate constant flow of innovation or process improvement with team of transformation managers, based on customer insights and data
  • Serve as crossfunctional change agent across IWC divisions and markets on topics related to the transformation or innovation in line with strategic targets. Install ROI driven mentality
  • Democratize customer insights across the organization and ensure constant roll out of listening program to all relevant channels
  • Set up and maintain NPS and other customer insights KPIs as prominent KPIs in IWC target structure at HQ and in markets
  • Drive change and install customer insights driven mindset and test and learn mentality across the organization. Install relevant digital tools to help facilitate the mindset shift. Share success stories prominently

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a minimum of 35 years of experience in consulting or program management
  • You have developed a deep understanding of change management and project management in your previous roles
  • You have professional expertise in setting up and running large workshops, a strong business sense and a passion for solving problems that improve processes and drive innovation
  • You have experience working with customer insights and deriving insights from data and are comfortable communicating with our data analysts
  • You have a digital mindset and comfortably navigate the digital world
  • You have gathered first leadership experience and are confident in leading a small team
  • You have the ability to influence multiple (executive level) stakeholders both with and without direct authority. You have great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Digital Product Management, UX/UI, Customer Insights, Ecommerce, CRM, Data or Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Fluency in English required, German and French is a plus
