**Dein Job**

Dein JobIn dieser Drehscheibenfunktion stellst du die zeitnahe Auftragseröffnung mit allen auftragsrelevanten Dokumenten im SAP-System sicher. Du koordinierst Fragen zwischen dem Auftraggeber, den Kunden und den Technikern. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört ebenfalls, dass du die Bau
- und Projektleiter unterstützt. Dabei bestellst du das benötigte Material, vorgegebene Fristen einzuhalten und Kosten im Vergleich zum Kundenvertrag im Auge zu behalten. Nebst der Einhaltung der SLAs (Service Level Agreements), überwachst du die Ressourcenplanung, koordinierst Fragen zwischen Aufraggeber, Kunden und Technikern und stellst dadurch eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Beruf
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Planung und Administration
- Kundenorientierung, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsmethodik
- Professioneller Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern, Lieferanten und internen Steakholdern
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (v.a. Excel) sowie SAP S/4
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mündliche Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
