Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver specialized training for the roles of Electronics Technician and Automation Mechanic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interdisciplinary training sessions to enhance learner engagement.
  • Develop and implement educational projects tailored to industry standards.
  • Qualify, challenge, and support learners throughout their training journey.
  • Ensure adherence to training guidelines and apply necessary disciplinary measures when required.
  • Participate in the selection process of apprentices to ensure a high standard of candidates.
  • Plan and engage in educational events to promote learning and development.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of equipment and tools essential for training.
  • Process production orders efficiently to support practical training.
  • Conduct job shadowing programs to provide real-world insights.
  • Represent the Electronics Training Manager in various capacities.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support training operations.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the learning platform and act as a subject matter expert when necessary.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician or an equivalent qualification. Higher technical education, along with specialist knowledge in manufacturing, measurement technology, and microcontroller technology, is essential. Additional training in methodology/didactics is preferred or a willingness to pursue it.
