About You:
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams within agile environments
- Knowledge of leading agile transformations in teams and organizations is a plus
- Strong communication skills with expertise in moderation, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Emphasis on trust, transparency, and setting a positive example
- Enthusiastic and upbeat personality that motivates teams
- Promotes personal responsibility and self-organization within Scrum Teams
- Understanding of cross-located teams with potential travel up to 5% within Europe
- Languages: Fluent in English, knowledge of German is beneficial
