Wir suchen per sofort eine/n Marketing Brand Manager (100%) als Unterstützung für unser Marketing-Team in Hünenberg (ZG - Schweiz).

Deine Aufgaben
- Sortimentsbetreuung und Entwicklung einer langfristigen Portfolio-Strategie in Abstimmung mit dem Marketing-Direktor für Wassersprudler, CO2-Zylinder, Flaschen und Zubehör
- Einführung von neuen Produkten
- Verantwortung für Forecast-Prozess sowie Durchführung von Preiskalkulation bei neuen Produkten
- Durchführung von Produkt
- und Marktanalysen sowie Hauptansprechpartner für Nielsen
- Erstellen von Umsatz/Absatz-Statistiken für Marketinganalysen
- Entwicklung von 1-2 grossen Markenaktivierungen pro Jahr in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen
- Verantwortung für die digitalen SodaStream-Kanäle (FB, Insta, LinkedIn)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Content Plans für organische Posts
- Hauptansprechpartner für die lokalen PR- und Influencer-Agenturen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung der entsprechenden Massnahmenpläne
- Selbständiges Budgetmanagement für alle verantworteten Aufgabenfelder

Was Du mitbringen solltest
- 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem FMCG Unternehmen in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse betreffend des Schweizer Retail Marktes
- Gute Digital Marketing-Erfahrung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Marketing Planer oder Bachelor / Master Degree mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
- Leidenschaft und Interesse am kreativen und genauen Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office Palette
