ODLO's on the hunt for a junior copywriter. A fluent or native English speaker. Someone with experience in journalism, copywriting, or marketing content creation. Someone who's creative, has informed opinions, is able to create concepts and has a passion for endurance sports. A storyteller with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for writing in its many forms. Sound like you?

Your field of play

  • Generate brandspecific content ideas and translate them into clear and concise copy.
  • Move effortlessly between different writing styles for multiple formats.
  • Work closely with partners to write content that supports commercial and brand needs.
  • Lead and develop the product description creation process from start to finish, managing translations for multiple languages.
  • Enforce transcreation standards and ensure quality copy is created for international markets.
  • Understand segmentation and write copy that reflects the varying needs of everyday athletes.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, positioning, industry, products, and technology.
  • Maintain blog content, profiling and pursuing story opportunities and writing content that enhances general brand awareness.
  • Can step in with a design eye on bringing visual and written assets to life.

Your story

We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree in journalism, marketing, English or a related field.
  • A copy guru with experience in agency or editorial environments.
  • A proven copywriter or brand journalist with the ability to write in a broad range of styles.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience maintaining brand guidelines, interpreting them into clear copy for multiple channels.
  • Excellent editing skills. Knowledge of CMS and SEO strategy a bonus.
  • A passion for endurance sports. Someone who likes to drink coffee, be creative and play the occasional game of ping pong.
