We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer/System Engineer to join our team in Mex (Vaud), Switzerland. Start date is immediate, full-time position with a permanent contract. This role involves traveling 40-50% of the time.



Your Responsibilities:
  • Support standardization and improvement of production processes
  • Participate in production evaluations and process design
  • Lead data structure analyses for system deployment
  • Provide training for tools and systems, lead project workstreams
  • Interface between users and IT providers, collaborate for process optimization
  • Support key user community

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor/master's degree in engineering or production systems
  • Experience in low-volume/high-mix industry
  • Expert in SAP, project management, and training/coaching
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP, PLM, MES systems
  • Excellent communication skills, results-driven and multilingual
  • Ability to travel internationally
