Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer/ System Engineer to join our Team
In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting the Industrial Engineering Product Owner, contributing to our global business transformation, implementing cutting-edge applications & systems, streamlining business processes, and shaping the future manufacturing of our top-notch products.
Location: Mex (Vaud), Switzerland
Start Date: Immediate start
Work Schedule: Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Travel: 40-50%
Your responsibilities will include:Supporting BOBST factories and product lines in improving production processesParticipating in production evaluationsLeading process designDriving data standards for system deploymentTraining for standard tools and systemsLeading project workstreamsOverseeing internal system user interface with IT providersCollaborating on process optimizationSupporting key user community
Your Profile:Engineering or production systems degreeExperience in low-volume/high-mix industriesExpertise in SAPProject management experience in diverse geographiesTraining and coaching skillsKnowledge of lean conceptsExperience with ERP/MRP, PLM, and MESExcellent communication skillsResults-orientedFluent in English and proficient in FrenchAdditional languages a plus (Italian, Chinese)Ability to travel internationallyPossible locations: Switzerland, France, Italy

The Mex production site in Switzerland is BOBST's headquarters, employing approximately 1500 dedicated individuals and annually training around 200 apprentices. The site offers a serene work environment, surrounded by nature yet well-connected by transportation.
