Strategic positioning and conceptual development of IAM within Vontobel

Management of projects for the optimization and digitalization of processes in the area of identity and access management

Implementation of business and IT roles and ensuring their maintenance

Ensuring data quality in coordination with HR and other master data managers

Providing required evidence to risk management, regulators, auditors, departments, etc.

Performing annual and regulatory review of user authorizations

Leading a highly motivated and committed team

Actively participating in projects, for example in the introduction of new services, in optimizations, in restructurings or in the integration of new business units

You bring:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Cyber Security and Privacy with a focus on Digital Identity, IAM, Identity Governance and Access Management

A master's or bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification. Any further certificates such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP are a plus

Expertise in relation to the Microsoft Active Directory as well as identity and access management tools and solutions like Sailpoint IIQ, Exchange or Azure

Familiarization with the principles of access management as well as authentication and authorization solutions You are:
An excellent communicator with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels

Highly analytical and conceptual

Fluent in both German and English

A team player and a self starter who takes the initiative and grasps things quickly
