  • As Head Identity & Access Management you will play a strategic role in the growth and transformation of Vontobel. We invest in people who create opportunities to deliver the client experience of tomorrow.
  • In your role you will have full responsibility for Identify and Access Management (IAM). You will be part of a motivated team and have the chance to accompany strategic projects, optimize and digitize processes and create an exceptional user experience.
  • Strategic positioning and conceptual development of IAM within Vontobel
  • Management of projects for the optimization and digitalization of processes in the area of identity and access management
  • Implementation of business and IT roles and ensuring their maintenance
  • Ensuring data quality in coordination with HR and other master data managers
  • Providing required evidence to risk management, regulators, auditors, departments, etc.
  • Performing annual and regulatory review of user authorizations
  • Leading a highly motivated and committed team
  • Actively participating in projects, for example in the introduction of new services, in optimizations, in restructurings or in the integration of new business units

You bring:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Cyber Security and Privacy with a focus on Digital Identity, IAM, Identity Governance and Access Management
  • A master's or bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification. Any further certificates such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP are a plus
  • Expertise in relation to the Microsoft Active Directory as well as identity and access management tools and solutions like Sailpoint IIQ, Exchange or Azure
  • Familiarization with the principles of access management as well as authentication and authorization solutions

  • An excellent communicator with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • Highly analytical and conceptual
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • A team player and a self starter who takes the initiative and grasps things quickly
  • Results oriented with a focus on your clients needs
