Basé à Genève, notre client dans le secteur bancaire et finance n'a cessé de se développer au fil du temps et compte à ce jour + de 700 collaborateurs. Dans le cadre d'un try and hire, l'équipe Ressources Humaines recherche un-e **:HR BUSINESS PARTNER - BACK OFFICE**

**Responsabilités**:

- Vous rapportez directement à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines ;
- Vous agissez comme principal-e interlocuteur-trice RH des collaborateurs, ainsi que comme conseiller-ère pour le membre du Comité Exécutif de votre population ;
- Vous comprenez parfaitement les enjeux business, faites preuve d'agilité face aux transformations et accompagnez les changements organisationnels qui en découlent ;
- Animateur-trice du cycle professionnel des employés, vous guidez les managers en matière d'intégration, gestion de carrières (performance, promotions ou nominations, revues salariales), développement, mobilité interne, absences, et départs ;
- Passionné-e par les relations humaines, vous participez au processus de recrutement, de validation de période d'essai, de mobilité interne, de résolution de conflits, et de départ ;
- Bon-ne communicateur-trice, vous partagez les informations pertinentes et documentez sous forme de reporting envers les responsables métiers, la Directrice des Ressources Humaines et autres responsables RH ;
- Intéressé-e par les évolutions et transformations du métier des ressources humaines, vous prenez une part active aux initiatives et projets du département.

**Profil recherché**:

- De formation universitaire, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative dans une fonction similaire ou dans un rôle de généraliste RH **en Suisse**:

- Une expérience préalable dans le secteur bancaire ou financier, un atout ;
- Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français et en anglais ; l'allemand et/ou l'espagnol est un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques d'entretien et d'animation de réunion ;
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en droit du travail suisse ;
- Doté-e d'empathie et de bon sens, vous savez détecter des situations délicates. Tout en garantissant la confidentialité, vous les abordez avec confiance en vue de trouver des solutions bénéfiques pour tous ;
- Vous bénéficiez d'une très bonne écoute, d'excellentes qualités relationnelles, et d'un bon esprit de synthèse, qui vous confèrent de solides aptitudes en communication ;
- De nature collaborative, vous savez travailler en équipe et favoriser la coopération transversale au sein du département RH ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans les outils bureautiques, une connaissance des systèmes d'information RH présentant un intérêt supplémentaire.
