Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory inHinwil(Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, whileHinwilis responsible forthe development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project isat SauberinHinwil(Switzerland).

Your profile
  • Completed studies in business administration or law, ideally familiar with the Swiss legal system
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar function
  • Track record and/or additional training in compliance management desirable
  • Comprehensive risk expertise in all risk categories
  • Ideally industry knowledge of sports associations or sports teams
  • High level of self-motivation, independence and resilience
  • Solution- and service-oriented work with a can-do mentality
  • Strategic and conceptual mindset to understand the big picture
  • Identification with the values of the Sauber Group and Formula 1
  • Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
Your mission

In this exciting role, you will report directly to the CFO of the Sauber Group.

  • Advising, informing and training all organizational units and their employees
  • Management of the compliance reporting office
  • Investigating compliance violations
  • Identifying risks, developing measures and preparing reports for management and the Board of Directors
  • Management of a small team with probably 2 employees
  • Observing member and coordination of the Risk Committee
  • Participation in meetings on Integrity, Compliance and Risk Management at Audi AG.
  • Standard and ad-hoc reporting to the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
  • Supporting the Legal department in legal issues arising from day-to-day operations and developing optimization proposals with regard to internal regulations and directives
  • Single point of contact for external auditing and topics such as ICS, compliance and risk management
