Recruiting Officer - Temporary Position

The Bank's operations are overseen by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Division, ensuring efficiency at optimal cost for both internal and external clients. The COO division includes Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources, and Logistics, all dedicated to delivering high-quality service aligned with the Bank's strategic goals.

Mission

Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, you will lead the recruitment efforts for various positions in Geneva, specializing in temporary and IT roles. Your role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, including candidate management, HR interviews, and onboarding, while handling strategic and operational tasks simultaneously.

Challenges

  • Tackle high volumes of recruitment efficiently
  • Ensure smooth coordination of administrative onboarding processes

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process
  • Coordinate interview processes
  • Conduct HR interviews
  • Oversee onboarding of selected candidates
  • Manage provider relationships and negotiations
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders for effective recruitment
  • Utilize Taleo Business Edition for candidate management
  • Lead recruitment strategy communication through various channels

Education

Master or Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Human Science required

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, temporary and permanent
  • Knowledge of financial services sector a plus
  • Experience with recruiting tools, Taleo Business Edition knowledge preferred
