Requirements:

Experience: A solid track record of 15+ years in business, with a minimum of 10+ years spent in leadership positions, showcasing your expertise and strategic prowess.
Expertise: With leadership experience in the hospitality sector, you possess a tangible understanding of the intricacies involved in orchestrating a people-centric enterprise.

Cleaning Insight: Possessing awareness of the cleaning industry's landscape, you are able to articulate its challenges, potential avenues for growth, and external factors, despite not necessarily having direct cleaning experience.

Operational Excellence: Strong operational skills with a hands-on approach and results-oriented mindset, you are not afraid of getting stuck in.

Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
