Für unsere Mandantin, ein kleines, feines CH Tech KMU mit Sitz im Raum Baden, welche eine führende Herstellerin von Embedded Rechnern/Serverlösungen, Industrie-Netzwerkkomponenten und kundenspezifischen Gesamtsystemlösungen ist; über ein weltweites Distributoren-Netz verfügt, suchen wir im Rahmen einer langfristigen Nachfolgeregelung eine fachkompetente und engagierte Engineering Persönlichkeit als
Product Manager / Sales Engineer - Elektrotechnik

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und weiteren Ausbau der globalen Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Direkte Kommunikation und verhandeln mit Partnern sowie Kundenbesuche mit den Distributoren
  • Entwicklung von neuen Märkten und weiteren relevanten Marktsegmenten
  • Technische Abklärungen und Machbarkeitsanalysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung sowie aktive Unterstützung der Distributionspartner
  • Kunden- und Marktbedürfnisse wahrnehmen, Markttrends erkennen sowie neue Produktideen und Lösungen ins Team einbringen
  • Gestalten und umsetzen von relevanten Marketingaktivitäten wie dem kreieren und Erstellen von Verkaufsinformationen und Datenblättern
  • Effektive Kommunikation und Koordination mit allen Schnittstellen sicherstellen sowie die Projektprozesse laufend optimieren
Anforderungen:
  • Solide Ausbildung in Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Informatik
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung sowie Sales- bzw. Beratungserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Marktumfeld in den Bereichen Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Netzwerke (Systeme und Applikationen für Defense, Industrie, Schiffe, Bahnen usw.
  • Als positiver Macher-Typ, resultatorientierten und gut strukturierten Teamplayer mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen werden Sie hier viel bewegen können
