Nextherapy:

Nextherapy is an outpatient neurorehabilitation practice in Zurich with a skilled team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists. The main goal is to elevate the neurorehabilitation experience for patients across Switzerland. Putting patients first, providing advanced therapies, and ensuring a pleasant journey are the company's priorities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Nextherapy's business plan to reach strategic goals
  • Provide guidance, manage budget, and oversee team members
  • Monitor operational processes
  • Enhance patient experience, retention rates, and loyalty by continuously evaluating and improving
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, and training
  • Supervise staff, organize schedules, and assign tasks
  • Foster teamwork among therapists and staff to enhance productivity and job satisfaction
  • Develop and implement policies, goals, and procedures
  • Analyze financial and performance data to measure productivity, set targets, and identify areas for enhancement
Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements

  • MBA degree from a reputable business school
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in:
  • Financial management
  • Leading teams of over 15 full-time employees
  • Managing operations in multiple locations
  • Prior success in scaling a startup
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to relocate to Zurich or nearby
  • Compassion, leadership, and initiative
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for learning
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
