Nous cherchons un.e Sales Lead dynamique et visionnaire pour une société innovante dans le secteur de la food tech, dont la quête d'excellence pousse à explorer continuellement de nouveaux services pour enrichir son offre principale.

**Vos responsabilités**

Atteindre et dépasser régulièrement les objectifs de vente mensuels avec votre équipe:

- Communiquer clairement les attentes, rester à jour avec les nouvelles informations et les transmettre à l'équipe, en expliquant le "pourquoi" derrière les informations ou les décisions.
- Agir en tant que mentor, être disponible pour votre équipe en maintenant une présence constante et agir comme premier point de contact pour les préoccupations des partenaires sur des questions critiques/sensibles au temps.
- Organiser des réunions hebdomadaires individuelles avec votre équipe pour discuter de leurs métriques après avoir examiné les tableaux de bord.
- Fournir des retours constructifs à votre équipe, qu'elle surperforme ou sous-performe sur les métriques critiques (activités de vente, conversion, QA) et le développement de carrière.
- Maintenir l'harmonie de l'équipe et une motivation élevée, aborder les préoccupations de l'équipe de manière efficace et en temps opportun.
- Contribuer aux plans stratégiques pour améliorer la performance de l'équipe et les métriques importantes.
- Construire et maintenir une culture de dévouement passionnée par la fourniture d'un support de vente de première classe.
- Aider à identifier et à construire des processus standard pour votre équipe de vente et d'autres.
- Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations pour soutenir efficacement les meilleurs restaurants.
- Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de la mission, de la marque et du produit de notre entreprise.

**Déplacements professionnels**

Des déplacements réguliers sont prévus pour ce poste, offrant l'opportunité d'interagir directement avec nos partenaires et de renforcer les relations sur le terrain.
- Diplôme Bac+4/5 en Management, Commerce, Marketing ou équivalent.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente dans les secteurs du e-commerce, retail, hôtellerie, restauration.
- Capacité à négocier dans un environnement compétitif et grande résistance à la pression.
- Niveau élevé d'esprit d'entreprise, combiné à un sens de la responsabilité et des normes éthiques.
- Expérience de travail au sein d'une équipe multiculturelle, multilingue et géographiquement dispersée.
- Ouverture d'esprit, autonomie et approche proactive, avec une affinité pour les chiffres et l'analyse.
- Capacité à stimuler la croissance des affaires, à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et à agir en tant que porte-parole clé.
- Maîtrise des CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, la maîtrise de l'allemand ou de l'italien serait un atout considérable mais non obligatoire.
